SELEX Sistemi Integrati, a Finmeccanica company, signed a contract valued at $16 million to provide the Kuwait General directorate of civil aviation with air traffic control systems. The company will equip the international airport of Kuwait City with an ATCR-33/S primary radar, an SIR-S secondary radar and a ground station Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast system, a high-performance system for en-route, terminal area and airport surveillance applications.

SELEX Sistemi Integrati, a Finmeccanica company, was awarded a contract by the Aeronautica Civil de Colombia, for the upgrading of the radar system set in Cerro Maco, near San Jacinto, in the region of Bolivar. The contract, which has a value of about 5.2 million euros (about $6.6 million), refers to the hardware and software upgrading of the ATCR 22M primary radar and the SIR-M secondary radar.
