Work will be performed in Seattle (92 percent), Huntington Beach, California (7 percent); and St. Louis, Missouri (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in June 2016.

PoleZero Corp., West Chester, Ohio, is being awarded a $72,088,652 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for a maximum of 118 ultra high-frequency antenna interface units and 177 very/ultra high-frequency units and their associated communication tray assemblies for Lots 6, 7 and 8 in support of the Navy and the government of Australia P-8A program. Work will be performed in West Chester, Ohio, and is expected to be completed in June 2018. This contract combines purchases for the Navy ($57,670,921; 80 percent); and the government of Australia ($14,417,731; 20 percent), under a memorandum of agreement.

Rockwell Collins Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $24,788,109 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for a maximum of 63 aircraft direction finders, radio tuner panels and high frequency radio shipsets for the Navy (47) and the government of Australia (16), in support of the P-8A program. Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is expected to be completed in May 2020. This contract combines purchases for the Navy and the government of Australia under a memorandum of agreement.

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $21,252,474 modification to a previously awarded advance-acquisition contract (N00019-14-C-0067) for the procurement of additional long-lead items for the manufacture and delivery of nine full-rate production Lot II P-8A MMA aircraft for the Navy. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington, and is expected to be completed in April 2018. Fiscal 2014 and 2015 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $21,252,474 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Boeing Co., Seattle, is being awarded a $29,318,485 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order (3058) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-11-G-0001) for the procurement of supplies and services to sustain the P-8A multi-mission maritime aircraft (MMA) test aircraft, the Patuxent River System Integration Lab and associated support equipment in support of the P-8A MMA program. Work will be performed in Seattle (48 percent); Patuxent River, Maryland (38 percent); Atlanta (10 percent); and Dallas (4 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2016.

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $21,065,841 modification to a previously awarded cost reimbursement type contract (N00019-04-C-3146) for system development and testing to resolve open trouble reports on the existing P-8A Poseidon test aircraft. Work will be performed in Huntington Beach, California (51 percent); Seattle, Washington (47 percent); and Patuxent River, Maryland (2 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2017. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $19,970,000 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current year.

Northrop Grumman Corporation Electronic Systems, Land and Self Protection Systems Division, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is being awarded $6,961,416 for ceiling-priced delivery order 5756 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-10-G-0004). This delivery order provides for the procurement of supplies and services required to develop, test and integrate software necessary to upgrade the current P-8A AN/AAQ-24 directional infrared countermeasures subsystem with two color infrared missile warning sensors.

Raytheon Company, Dallas, is being awarded a $15,494,873 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract to design, develop, demonstrate, document and deliver a P-8A application based architecture system. Lockheed Martin Corporation, Manassas, Virginia, is being awarded a $19,710,309 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract to design, develop, demonstrate, document and deliver a P-8A application based architecture system. The contracts were competitively procured via an electronic request for proposals and five offers were received. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00019-15-C-0021).

The Boeing Company, Seattle, is being awarded a $60,745,967 modification to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-firm contract (N00019-12-C-0112) for the procurement of recurring Advanced Airborne Sensor Capability Platform Integration Kit In-Line modifications in support of the P-8A Poseidon low-rate initial production lot IV (13 aircraft) and full-rate production lot I (16 aircraft). Work will be performed in Seattle (78 percent); Glendale, California (14 percent); Greenlawn, New York (4 percent); Torrance, California (3 percent); and Killdeer, North Dakota (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in April 2017.

The Boeing Co., Seattle, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $171,169,232 undefinitized modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-12-C-0112) for the procurement of a P-8A training system in support of the P-8A training requirements for the government of Australia. In addition, this modification will include two operational flight trainers, two weapons tactics trainers, one part task trainer, one training system support center and program/training support. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (90 percent), and Tampa, Florida (10 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2018.

The Boeing Co., Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $67,812,302 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00019-04-C-3146) for integration of capabilities and training system upgrades for the P-8A Poseidon aircraft. These include high-altitude, anti-submarine warfare weapon capability, high-altitude, anti-submarine warfare sensor capability and Link-16 network-enabled weapon capability. Work will be performed in Seattle, Washington (64 percent); St. Louis (23 percent); and Patuxent River, Maryland (13 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2017.

The company also has been awarded an $11,757,200 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-12-C-0112) for training specific data storage architecture updates and upgrades in support of the P-8A Poseidon Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft, to include hardware, software, and integration.
