General Atomics Awarded Two MQ-9 Contract Modifications

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, Calif., has been awarded a not-to-exceed  $117,286,467 undefinitized contract action (0118) for an existing firm-fixed-price contract (FA8620-10-G-3038) for the MQ-9 Accelerated Extended Range effort which will field 38 MQ-9 Extended Range aircraft. The company also has been awarded a $16,595,766 delivery order (0114) for an existing contract (FA8620-10-G-3038) for Lead-off Hitter AFSOC MQ-9 Software Line, which will provide MQ-9 software engineering support for the AFSOC fleet of MQ-9 unmanned aerial systems. Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, Medium Altitude Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity. 

General Atomics to Fill Urgent Reaper Requirement for France

General Atomics to Develop Lynx Radar for Reaper

General Atomics - Aeronautical Systems Inc., Poway, Calif., has been awarded a $12,844,738 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the MQ-9 stationary targeting improvements. This contract action is for the development and delivery of an improved targeting capability with the Lynx synthetic aperture radar (SAR) on the MQ-9 platform to allow for a more streamlined approach to targeting and quicker decision making by the crew. This effort also builds a certifiable Lynx SAR community sensor model (CSM) in order to allow for future implementation in the full MQ-9 CSM effort as well as a trade study to identify a format for encoding SAR imagery and moving target indicator data within the MQ-9 architecture that enables a common digital video format. General Atomics to Extend Reaper Range

General Atomics Awarded MQ-9 Technology Insertion Contract

Holloman Air Force Base to Build Reaper Hangar

General Atomics to Activate MQ-1/MQ-9 Depot
