Lou Ramos, Colonel, USAF (Ret.) is President of Value Enterprise Solutions, Inc; a Florida based Minority/Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Disadvantaged Business. Lou is a task-oriented leader with over 25 years experience in military project and program management across multiple environments and multimillion-dollar budgets. Additionally, Lou has over 10 years of corporate information technology business development and contract support services experience supporting joint military operations. His leadership, familiarity with military operations, and business savvy drove marketing and program expansion at MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. Lou has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster College. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and active member of the Tampa and Suncoast Chapters of the Project Management Institute. Lou is an Adjunct Professor for the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. A life-time member of AFCEA, Lou is a member of the Board of Directors, AFCEA International and serves as the Regional Vice President, AFCEA Western Florida. |
