Jim Flyzik

Jim Flyzik is the president of TheFlyzikGroup, a company that assists small, medium and large companies in providing world-class government services.  He served for the federal government for 27 years, serving as Senior Advisor to Governor Ridge in the White House Office of Homeland Security.  Jim is also a member of the President's Infrastructure Protection Board and one of the Chairman for the AFCEA International Committee.  Jim has extensive public speaking experience and frequently serves as a featured speaker at industry events.  He earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Computer Science, and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Maryland with an area of concentration of Information Systems Management.  Jim was inducted into the CIO Magazine Hall of Fame on Oct 29, 2007.  He joins 31 other CIO's inducted over the past 20 years and is the first career government CIO to be selected.
