The Professional Development Center is located in the AFCEA International Headquarters building at: 4400 Fair Lakes Court, Fairfax, VA 22033-3899. The Headquarters, where most PDC courses are conducted, is between Washington, D.C. and Dulles Airport just north of the intersection of Interstate 66 and the Fairfax County Parkway, county road 7100. The most convenient airport to AFCEA Headquarters is Dulles International Airport.
