Dr. Bahador Ghahramani

Dr. Bahador Ghahramani is currently employed as the Chief Information and Financial Officer of BG Technical Management Solutions, Inc, where he has invented and patented various marketable systems with a wide variety of uses. He is also an adjunct professor of Management Information Systems at George Mason University. Formerly with AT&T, he was a distinguished member of the technical staff and often worked directly with the DoD and AT&T international market. Ghahramani holds many impressive degrees including two M.S. degrees in applied mathematics and industrial engineering, a M.B.A. in information systems, and a Ph.D in Industrial engineering.

Bill C. Giallourakis

Bill C. Giallourakis is currently the President of Giallourakis Business Consulting, LLC, a service disabled-veteran owned small business that provides consulting services on federal procurement on a national basis. Formerly he headed the law firm of Bill C. Giallourakis P.C., where he specialized in the practice of Federal Procurement and intellectual property. Giallourakis served as the military assistant to the Army’s Chief Scientist in the Pentagon and served on the Army General Staff as missile R&D officer where he was responsible for the procurement of the Improved HAWK Air Defense System and militarized air traffic control computer systems. He has a M.S. in Electrical Engineering as well as a B.S., M.B.A. and a J.D. from Seton Hall University.

Alan A. Malinchak

Course Lecturer: 910

Alan A. Malinchak currently leads the development and operation at ManTech University where he serves as Director. He has twenty-nine years of leadership, management, administrative, and investigative experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Gray Hawk Systems, ManTech International and several academic institutions. In 2006 he received the Gold Achieving Impact Award presented by the Chief Learning Officer Learning in Practice Symposium. Malinchak received his MS degree in Criminology from Florida State University and his ABD in Criminal Justice Management from Rutgers University.

Robert Pauly

Col John H. Roberts

Course Instructor: 903

Col John H. Roberts currently provides Consultancy support and lectures on business development and strategic sales in specialist market sectors and provides expert, voluntary, management consultancy to NGOs. Roberts is a former UK Army officer in Royal Signals and has extensive experience in NATO UK MoD and elsewhere in tactical and strategic communications. Roberts is also an Army Staff College graduate, and gained an upper second with the Open University in History as well as earning a Fellowship of the Chartered Management Institute. His wide experience has been gained in military, government, commercial and NGO sectors.
