AFCEA accepts the U.S. Government Purchase Cards (credit cards) for payment of tuition.  Payment with the credit card can be made either during online registration or by phone to the PDC Registrar, 703-631-6137.

Students who select the "pay later" option during online registration must provide either payment informaion or Standard Form 182 or Department of Defense Form 1556 two weeks prior to the start of class.

The SF 182 or DD 1556 can be usually be obtained from training officers or education offices. The completed form should be sent by email to pdc@afcea.org or faxed to 703 631 6172 no later than two weeks prior to the course convening date.


Registration should not be delayed awaiting the approval of a training form.  You may register online and indicate that you will provide an approved training authorization.  However, if you have not provided the authorization prior to two weeks before the start of class, please contact pdc@afcea.org to provide an update.
