Dr. Michael Caloyannides

Michael Caloyannides is currently the Chief Scientist at Ideal Innovations Inc. He worked at the highest technical levels at Rockwell International for 13 years on a broad spectrum of technologies including the design and implementation of a full Sigint system for a then US ally; at that time he was also granted a US patent on high speed modem design. He subsequently worked as chief scientist for an Agency of the US Government where he oversaw a large number of classified efforts. He was awarded the Scientist of the Year award, the Meritorious Officer award, and five separate Certificates of Exceptional Accomplishment. Caloyannides earned his PhD at Caltech in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics and Philosophy.

Bill C. Giallourakis

| Bill C. Giallourakis is currently the President of Giallourakis Business Consulting, LLC, a service disabled-veteran owned small business that provides consulting services on federal procurement on a national basis. Formerly he headed the law firm of Bill C. Giallourakis P.C., where he specialized in the practice of Federal Procurement and intellectual property. Giallourakis served as the military assistant to the Army’s Chief Scientist in the Pentagon and served on the Army General Staff as missile R&D officer where he was responsible for the procurement of the Improved HAWK Air Defense System and militarized air traffic control computer systems. He has a M.S. in Electrical Engineering as well as a B.S., M.B.A. and a J.D. from Seton Hall University. |

Dr. Alexander H. Levis

Dr. Alexander H. Levis is currently the University Professor of Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering at George Mason University. From 2001 to 2004 Levis served as chief scientist of the U.S. Air Force. In his thirty years of conducting C2 research, he has published over 250 papers and book chapters. Levis received both a Masters and Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in both mathematics and physics from Ripon college. |
