It has been said that Leaders cast a shadow over their organizations - you as the leader - how you lead – how you show up - what you see as important to do. If you look at success stories, there is always a courageous and committed leader at the center.

Based on his book, CHANGE AT THE CORE – Unleash Your Team’s Energy to Drive Results, Myron will lead this highly interactive session. In it, you will uncover the innate style orientations and passions that formulate your leadership shadow.
