Messer, Boston University, (c-l) and Jay C. English, Savannah State University, (c-r) as they arrive for their week-long ROTC Experience Tour at the U.S. Southern Command, Miami, Florida, in June. Midshipmen Messer and English were sponsored by ADM James G. Stavridis, Commander, USSOUTHCOM.
