For the 2012-2013 Academic Year, scholarships of $5,000 will be awarded to full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree in an eligible major and currently enrolled in an accredited Historically Black College or University (HBCU) institution in the United States. Distance-learning or online programs affiliated with one of these institutions are eligible. Candidates must be at least second-year college students, enrolled full time as sophomores or juniors at the time of application.
Scholarships of $3,000 will be awarded to full-time graduate students currently working toward a master's degree in an eligible major. Graduate students are not required to be enrolled in an HBCU institution. Distance-learning or online programs will not qualify.
