Lockheed Martin IT Scholarship

Scholarship of $3,000 will be awarded to a student currently attending school full time in the greater San Diego, California, geographical area majoring in electrical, computer, chemical, systems or aerospace engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics or a related field.

Please Note: Distance Learning or OnLine Programs will not qualify.

Eligibility:

Students who meet the criteria for the General Wickham Scholarship are eligible, provided the school attending is an accredited four-year college or university in the greater San Diego, California geographical area.

The recipient of the AFCEA LOCKHEED MARTIN IT Scholarship will be selected from the qualified General Wickham Scholarship applicants. Notification is in June.

Candidates must be at least second-year college students, enrolled full time as sophomores or juniors at the time of application and be majoring in  the following or related fields of electrical, chemical, systems or aerospace engineering; mathematics; physics; science or mathematics education; computer science; or technology management. Majors directly related to the support of U.S. intelligence enterprises or national security with relevance to the mission of AFCEA will also be eligible.

PLEASE NOTE: At least two letters of recommendation printed on school stationery with signature will be required from field-of-study professors. Address to:
