AFCEA Student Clubs in Europe
|
There are 2 AFCEA Student Clubs in Europe:
AFCEA Student Club was founded in 2009 by Deree College Students. It exerts in being the connection between the International Student Body and the wider field of business.
All young individuals may join the initiative for active involvement with the AFCEA and its conferences by visiting afceayouth.com, global online version of the Deree Student Club.
IMPORTANT
In agreement with AFCEA Europe, AFCEA International and the Education Foundation, in May 2010 during the official presentation of the first AFCEA student club in the world at the 2010 Joint Warfighting Conference Virginia Beach, VA, the AFCEA Student Club (DEREE - The American College of Greece) is the only one entitled to this name, in appreciation of its innovative contribution. All other Student Clubs and Student Sub-chapters need to follow the pattern of first identifying the nature of their entity (Student Club or Student Subchapter) and then the institution they belong to (i.e. George Mason University), followed by their location (i.e. Virginia Beach, VA, USA).
The Deree Student Club realize there are many students around the world who share their initiative and would just like to set this properly to avoid the rename of many student clubs. The list of the student clubs and subchapters may be found here http://www.afcea.org/membership/StudentHome.htm
