IMPORTANT: FOR NON-POLISH STUDENTS WISHING TO PARTICIPATE

Participation should be done via your AFCEA local Chapter.  Registration should not be done on line via the SECON web site.  A registration form can be provided by your chapter or by AFCEA Europe.

Note that the fee of EUR180 that is mentioned on the SECON web site for foreign student participation/accommodation will be covered (students themselves are not  required to pay). 

Student accommodation will be provided at the Hotel of the Training and Conference Centre of the Military Technical Academy.

Travel costs should be covered by the local chapter or by students themselves. 

IMPORTANT: please note that the deadline of 12 April has been extended for non-Polish students.  Because of MOD requirements for accessing the Military University of Technology, it is still important to return the registration form early, however, the abstracts are now required by 26 April and the deadline for providing the full paper is now 6 May.  Students will be advised of their acceptance within a week of receipt of abstract.
