AFCEA International Cyber Symposium

December 8-10, 2015

Sofia, Bulgaria

Our networks - the data they pass, the information they provide, and the knowledge they produce -  power economies, enable government activities, and promote our collective security.  Protection of this growing cyber domain demands new answers in policy, coordination, teaming, and response.  Risks abound, but, needed solutions suggest growing opportunities as well – particularly in business and security.  The AFCEA International Cyber Symposium will address these opportunities in building “Cyber Resilience.” Presentations and discussions will highlight national, institutional, and organizational perspectives within Europe, NATO, EU, and the US.  Focus Workshops will further refine opportunities in Governmental Services, Cyber Defense, Critical Infrastructure, and Law Enforcement.  Networking opportunities are emphasized and supported.

The program will feature the new Pacific Command and Pacific Fleet commanders, the Systems Command commanders and all three local three-star commanders as speakers. Other commands and organizations will also are featured.

In addition to the main program, WEST 2016 offers Engagement Theaters in which military, government and industry professionals will drill deeper into specific topics and issues.
