DoD Approval

The Department of Defense finds TechNet Asia-Pacific 2007 meets the minimum regulatory standards for attendance by DoD employees. This finding does not constitute a blanket approval or endorsement of attendance. Individual DoD component commands or organizations are responsible for approving attendance of its DoD employees based on mission requirements and DoD regulations.

Dress
All sessions and social functions are business casual, aloha attire.

Note to military attendees: The Sheraton and Royal Hawaiian hotels, along with the outdoor area between the two hotels, are "no cover zones."

Reserve Credits Available

Members of the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard Reserves have been authorized to earn one point retirement credit for attendance. Reserve and National Guard (Army and Air Force personnel) may participate on a non-pay credit basis, with approval of unit commander. Bring unit forms with you to the conference Operations Office for validation.
