Member Registration Discounts

On the registration form there is a discounted rate for AFCEA members.  To receive the member rate for conference registration you must be an active AFCEA individual member or designated associate member of an AFCEA corporate member company.  If you sign up for the member rate and do not meet the criteria, you will be charged the correct rate.

Special Notice Regarding Government and Military Attendees

AFCEA Intelligence is offering a special discounted registration rate for government and military personnel.  Please note that this special rate does not apply to contractors who work for or with the government or military.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions

Refunds must be requested in writing and received by AFCEA no later than October 30, 2007. Written cancellations received by that date will be refunded in full. Substitutions will be accepted until November 19, 2007.

Auditorium and Overflow Seating

Once seating in the main auditorium is filled, conference presentations will be televised on a large screen in an adjacent overflow room.  All seating will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Conference Start Time

Conference presentations will begin at 8:30 a.m.  Conference check-in and a continental breakfast will be available beginning at 7:00 a.m.



Prohibited Conference Items

  • Cell phones, cameras and other photographic devices
  • Tape recorders and other devices capable of recording and/or storing sound, data or information of any kind
  • Laptops
  • Alcohol and Illegal substances
  • Weapons and Explosives
  • Animals – excluding service animals
  • Smoking (Lockheed Martin is a smoke-free campus.  Smoking is prohibited inside and outside of the building).

From San Jose International Airport:

Take U.S. Highway 101 north to Sunnyvale. Exit onto Mathilda Avenue North. Proceed on Mathilda (toward the bay) to Lockheed Martin Way. Turn left on Lockheed Martin Way.  Turn left into Visitor Center parking area (this left turn is before the main security gate which you will see straight ahead.)  Proceed to Security Gate entrance to show ID and pass through. Turn right at the next two stop signs. Turn left at signal light (back onto Lockheed Martin Way). Pass three traffic lights and turn left on Mary Avenue.

From San Francisco International Airport:

Take U.S. Highway 101 south to Sunnyvale. Exit onto State Route 237 East (Alviso exit). Immediately exit onto Mathilda Avenue North. Proceed on Mathilda (toward the bay) to Lockheed Martin Way. Turn left on Lockheed Martin Way. Turn left into Visitor Center parking area (this left turn is before the main security gate which you will see straight ahead.)  Proceed to Security Gate entrance to show ID and pass through. Follow AFCEA Conference signage to the designated parking area which is behind building B157 near the auditorium entrance. Once parked, follow signage to the auditorium entrance located in building B157.

Please Note: All conference attendees will be required to show a valid state or federal issued photo identification (i.e. a drivers license, state identification card, passport).
