During his tenure with 902nd MI, served as the technology protection covering agent for Night Vision Electronics Sensors Directorate, CERDEC; the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Upon re-assignment to AC CI, was the covering agent for National Consultation, Command and Control Agency, The Hague, The Netherlands, a NATO laboratory which attempts to increase interoperability of communications between NATO member-state militaries.
