Turn this Ship Around!
This highly provocative and interactive session on leadership is based on the premise that organizations must move from the model of leader-follower to leader-leader to thrive in today’s marketplace. It is led by former submarine commander David Marquet, noted for his turnaround of USS Santa Fe, and Submarine Squadron Three. So powerful were the results aboard Santa Fe, that noted author Dr. Covey rode his ship and wrote about it in The 8th Habit, stating “Never before had I observed such empowerment.”

"David Marquet's leadership training is eye opening. His ideas reinvigorated my team and provided concrete actions to maximize the potential of each and every employee."
