Auditorium and Overflow Seating Please note: Once the NRO auditorium is filled, Symposium presentations will be televised on large screens in adjacent rooms with overflow seating. Auditorium seating will be filled on a first-come first-served basis each day. Special Notice Regarding Government and Military Attendees AFCEA Intelligence is offering a special discounted registration rate for government and military personnel. Please note that this special rate does not apply to contractors who work for or with the government or military. Member Registration Discounts On the registration form there is a discounted rate for AFCEA members. Please note that to receive the member rate for conference registration you must be an active AFCEA individual member or designated associate member of an AFCEA corporate member company. Cancellations, Refunds, and Substitutions Refunds must be requested in writing and received by AFCEA no later than September 12, 2007. Written cancellations received by that date will be refunded in full. Due to security clearance requirements, no substitutions are permitted after September 25, 2007.
Symposium Start Times Each day the Symposium will begin at 8:00 a.m. Security Clearance Certification All attendees must be cleared Top Secret and currently indoctrinated for SI and TK. Paid NRO attendees (Blue or Green Badge) do not need to pass clearances. All others must have their clearances passed directly to the NRO.

Directions Take the Capital Beltway (495) to 66 West to exit 53B, 28 North. Proceed on 28 North for 1.4 miles and take the Westfields Boulevard exit (on the right) heading West. Drive approximately .2 miles and turn right onto Stonecroft Boulevard. Drive approximately .5 miles and turn right on Lee Road. Proceed on Lee Road for .7 miles and turn right into the second entrance of the National Reconnaissance Office. Follow AFCEA parking signs to the parking lot, park your vehicle, and proceed to the Visitors’ Center. A Google map is available here.
