Army Asset and Vulnerability Tracking Resource (A&VTR) Demo

The Army Asset and Vulnerability tracking Resource will demonstrate the capability to receive data feeds from Army scanning and patch management tools.  The data feeds will then lead to organizations ability to see their compliance level with the Army and Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO) directed IAVA messages.

Army Web Risk Assessment (AWRAC) Demo

Moderator: MAJ Matthew Wear, Army Office of Information Assurance & Compliance

The Army Web Risk Assessment Cell (AWRAC) will demonstrate the WEBRMs tool and its functionality to the LANDWARNET audience.  This tool will be integral in assessing Army websites and blogs for Operational Security (OPSEC) compliance.  The AWRAC team will also discuss their mission to ensure that all Army web domains are registered properly in accordance with AR 25-1 guidance.

The Crypto Modernization and Key Management Road-Show

This exchange forum will address the driving forces for modernization, the Army's Comprehensive Crypto Modernization Strategy, the changing paradigm of COMSEC key management, and the Information Systems Security Program (ISSP). The IEF objective is to foster collaborative efforts for modernizing COMSEC equipment and operations across the Force and encourage an open exchange of information, to include how to address COMSEC equipment forecasting.

The Department of the Army Inspector General (DAIG) Role in Enabling Compliance 

Moderator: COL Frederick Henry, Department of the Army Inspector General, IA Division

This session will highlight the Army IA Compliance Framework and the tools and methodology used by the Department of the Army Inspector General (DAIG) IA Division to assist Army Leadership in the improvement of IA readiness for the Total Army. Topics will include a brief overview of the division mission and organizational structure; discussion of the DAIG IA Annual Report for FY 08; IA related trends observed during FY 09 inspection activities; DAIG IA Division engagement strategies for various levels/types of commands (e.g. strategic, operational, tactical); current initiatives, and the way ahead for the DAIG IA Division.
