Provide an overview of the Army Telecommunication Directorate Long-haul and BaseCom provisioning and centralized billing services and processes.  Briefing will touch on DISN, BRAC Iridium, INMARSAT provisioning; Consolidated BaseCom contracts; Networx transition; Wireless services; and centralized billing management.  The briefing will also touch on lessons learned in each of the respective areas
