This session will facilitate an information exchange between subject matter experts and forum attendees to include: a brief IT Metrics program overview and question/answer session regarding IT Metrics quarterly reporting, the IT Metrics reports, integration between the IT Metrics program and the Services portion of the Installation Status Report, and metric weighting.
