Continuing Education Support

Project Management Institute (PMI):   Workshop C: "Acquisition Training: Do We Have the Right Training, Experience and Tools?" is registered for PMI Category A PDUs.  Attendees will need to use ID# GOC0814 to claim their PDUs..

Other individual sessions and workshops at DAMS may qualify for CATEGORY B PDUs for PMIĀ® credential renewal requirements. It is the participant’s responsibility to report and to calculate how many sessions have project management-related content and how many PDUs might apply. The calculation for PDUs is 1 PDU = 1 hour of structured learning activity (lunch or any networking would not count towards the PDU total).

GAGAS:   Session content may also support GAGAS (Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards) Requirements for Continuing Professional Education. We recommend consulting with your supervisor to determine which sessions would help met your individual requirements. A CPE hour may be granted for each 50 minutes of participation in group programs and activities that qualify.

Defense Acquisition Workforce:   Members of the Defense Acquisition Workforce may qualify for continuous learning points (CLPs) at the rate of .5 point/hour for a maximum of 4 points/day attendance at the Defense Acquisition Modernization Symposium.
