AUDITORIUM AND OVERFLOW SEATING Once the auditorium is filled, conference presentations will be televised to an adjacent room with overflow seating. Auditorium seating will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING GOVERNMENT & MILITARY ATTENDEE FEES To receive the AFCEA or NIP member rate for conference registration, you must be an active individual member of either organization or a designated associate member of AFCEA. If you sign up for the member rate and do not meet the criteria, you will be charged for the correct rate. No substitutions are permitted after April 16, 2013. If you register and later determine that you are unable to attend because you do not have the proper security clearance, you must submit a cancellation request in writing to AFCEA International, Navy Information Dominance Industry Day, 4400 Fair Lakes Court, Fairfax, VA, 22033, prior to March 27, 2013 to receive a refund.
