AUDITORIUM AND OVERFLOW SEATING
Once the auditorium is filled, conference presentations will be televised to adjacent rooms with overflow seating. Auditorium seating will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING GOVERNMENT & MILITARY ATTENDEE FEES
AFCEA Intelligence is offering a special discounted registration rate for active military and government personnel. This special rate does not apply to contractors who work for or with the government or military.
MEMBER REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS
To receive the AFCEA member rate for conference registration you must be an active individual member or designated associate member of an AFCEA Corporate Member company. If you sign up for the member rate and do not meet the criteria, you will be charged for the correct rate.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Refund requests must be emailed to Gretchen Eisenhower and received no later than January 4, 2012. No substitutions are permitted after January 17, 2012.
If you register and later determine that you are unable to attend because you do not have the proper security clearance, you must submit a cancellation request in writing to AFCEA Intelligence, 4400 Fair Lakes Court, Fairfax, VA, 22033, prior to January 4, 2012. Your request must be accompanied by a written statement from your security officer confirming that you do not have a Secret clearance.
SECURITY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATION
Attendees must be U.S. citizens, cleared for Secret.
U.S. government and military attendees with an Intelligence Community Blue Badge do not need to pass clearances.
All others must have their clearances passed directly to the TASC Heritage Conference Center.
All clearances must be final granted clearances.

Clearance Deadline: January 17, 2012
Timely passage of your clearance/accesses is important. Please note the submission deadline. If your clearance is not passed as required, you will not be able to attend the conference. Deadline for submitting clearances is January 17, 2012.
All conference attendees will be required to show a valid state or federal issued photo identification (i.e. a drivers license, state identification card, passport).

Take the Capital Beltway (495) to 66 West to exit 53B, 28 North. Proceed on 28 North for 1.4 miles to the Westfields Boulevard exit (on the right) heading West. Turn right onto Stonecroft Blvd after .2 miles. Follow Stonecroft Blvd 1.2 miles. Make the first right after Conference Center Drive into the TASC facility. Follow the signs to the TASC Heritage Conference Center.
Parking is available in the parking structure behind the Conference Center.
From Dulles Toll Road
Take the Dulles Toll Road to exit 9A, Route 28 South towards Centreville. Take the Westfields Boulevard exit heading West. Make the first right onto Stonecroft Blvd. Follow Stonecroft Blvd 1.2 miles. Make the first right after Conference Center Drive into the TASC facility. Follow the signs to the TASC Heritage Conference Center.
