Important Dates to Remember:

Friday, March 7, 2014 – Presenter, Chair & Discussant registration deadline.

Wednesday, April 2, 2014 – Submission deadline for final papers. Completed papers submitted by this date will be included in the Symposium Proceedings.

Wednesday, April 2, 2014 – Hotel Conference Rate cut-off date. After this point, hotel rates will return to standard rates. Please note we are completing with other popular events in Monterey and hotel availability will be limited.

Friday, May 9, 2014 – Submission deadline for power point presentation slides. Bring back-up on flash drive or CD.

Author Checklist for Completed Papers: Submit papers here as MS Word documents by April 2, 2014.

Please follow the guidelines below and our team will take care of formatting, fonts, etc.

Upload papers as MS Word documents.
Paper no more than 20 pages single spaced.
All text items are in one file (no separate files for biographical paragraph, abstract, references, tables, etc.).
Figures are embedded in the article.
Everything is single spaced: text, abstract, biographical paragraph, endnotes, author’s note/acknowledgments, references, block quotations, appendices, and tables.
Everything is left justified, with a ragged right-hand margin (no full justification).
Title page includes all authors’ names, addresses, phone numbers (work and home), fax numbers, email addresses, and any other pertinent contact information.
Abstract is 200 words or less.
Biographical information is included for each author (100 words or less).
There are no endnotes. Footnote where needed.
All in-text citations are included in the reference list; all references have in-text citations.
Reference list follows APA style, 6th Edition.
Written, signed permission for copyrighted material has been obtained where necessary.

STEP 1: Click Login right hand corner. Sign-in with the e-mail/password used for the conference website.

STEP 2: Click View My Papers/Presentations at the bottom of the page, then click Submit Paper/Presentation for Current Conference.

STEP 3: Input Paper/Presentation Title, attach the WORD/POWERPOINT File and Select original Proposal if it appears in the dropdown (otherwise, leave it blank).

STEP 4: Click Submit
