Please note that you must be an active AFCEA individual member or designated associate member of an AFCEA Corporate Member company to receive the member rate for conference registration. If you sign up for the member rate and do not meet the criteria, you will be charged for the correct rate.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Refunds must be requested in writing and received by AFCEA no later than March 22, 2005. Written cancellations received by that date will be refunded in full. Due to security clearance requirements, no substitutions are permitted after April 5, 2005. No-shows will be invoiced.

SECURITY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATION

All attendees must be U.S. citizens, cleared Top Secret and currently indoctrinated for SI and TK. Clearance certification must be originated by your Special Security Officer (SSO) or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO). Please Note: Regardless of any previous certification process with the CIA, clearances must be passed due to the size of this event. This applies even if you are already PERM-CERTED to an element of CIA.

The message must include the following:

  • Attendee's full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Place of Birth
  • Social Security Number
  • Rank or Grade
  • Security Clearance and Accesses
  • Date of Visit: April 20-21, 2005
  • Purpose of Visit: AFCEA Spring Intelligence Symposium 2005

Timely passage of your clearances is important. If your clearances are not passed to CIB as required, you will not be permitted to attend the symposium. Deadline for submitting clearances is April 5, 2005.

Please Note: All symposium attendees will be required to show a valid state or federal issued photo identification (i.e. a drivers license, state identification card, passport). Attendees who were born outside of the United States will be required to show a valid passport or a raised seal copy of naturalization papers.

DOD APPROVAL

The Department of Defense finds this event meets the minimum regulatory standards for attendance by DoD employees. This finding does not constitute a blanket approval or endorsement for attendance. Individual DoD Component commands or organizations are responsible for approving attendance of its DoD employees based on mission requirements and DoD regulations.
