Registration Fees
STRATCOM Employees STRATCOM employees should not register online on this site; employees should contact their directorate for registration and attendance. Special Notice Regarding Government and Military Attendee Fees AFCEA offers a special discounted registration rate of $395 for active government and military personnel. This special rate does not apply to contractors who work for or with the government or military. Students and Faculty College and university students and faculty are eligible for a special registration rate. Group registrations are welcome. High school students with an interest in science, technology and engineering are also invited to register at the student rate, provided that they are accompanied by a parent or teacher. Member Registration Discounts To receive the member rate for symposium registration you must be an active AFCEA individual member or designated associate member of an AFCEA corporate member company. If you sign up for the member rate and do not meet the criteria, you will be charged the correct rate. To join AFCEA or verify current membership status:
Cancellation Policy Refunds must be requested online or in writing by November 1, 2011. Written cancellations received by that date will be refunded in full. Substitutions are welcome.
