TRAVEL
United Airlines is offering special meeting fares for all attendees who use the Special Meeting Desk to book their reservations. Book early and take advantage of the promotional fares that give you the greatest savings. Earn a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fare, including First Class, or 10% off the mid-week coach fare. By purchasing your ticket at least 60 days in advance of your scheduled travel you will receive an additional 5% discount. Simply call either United Airlines at 1-800-521-4041 or your travel agent and refer to Meeting ID number 597BQ. Mileage Plus members receive full credit for all miles flown to this event. Tickets can be mailed by United Airlines or call the travel agent of your choice.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CONVENTION CENTER
Heading West on I64 (From Norfolk):
Take exit 263-B (W. Mercury Boulevard/Hampton Coliseum) and turn right at the end of the ramp. Continue straight until the first light and turn right onto Coliseum Drive. Go approximately ¼ mile, Convention Center will be on your left.
Heading East on I64 (from Richmond):
Take exit 263 (Mercury Blvd./James River Bridge). Turn left at the end of the ramp (following 258 North) onto Mercury Blvd and continue straight for approximately ¼ mile to Coliseum Drive. Turn right onto Coliseum Drive and go approximately ¼ mile, Convention Center will be on your left.
Heading East on I64 (from Suffolk/Portsmouth):
Merge left onto I-64 West. Take exit 263-B (W. Mercury Boulevard/Hampton Coliseum) and turn right at the end of the ramp. Continue straight until the first light and turn right onto Coliseum Drive. Go approximately ¼ mile, Convention Center will be on your left.
