Hotel Reservations

Please note: AFCEA and the U.S. Naval Institute have learned that a hotel reservations company has contacted exhibitors to assist with hotel reservations in San Diego for West 2009.  AFCEA and the U.S. Naval Institute do not have a contract with this company to manage hotel reservations in San Diego. We contract directly with several San Diego-area hotels and do not use any hotel reservation companies for this event. Should you receive an e-mail or phone call from this company, we strongly recommend you DO NOT make your San Diego hotel reservation with them.  If you have already made hotel reservations through a hotel reservation company and not with the West 2009 conference room block, AFCEA and the U.S. Naval Institue are unable to guarantee the reservation is valid and recommend that you cancel them immediately before you incur charges.
