Education is AFCEA's #1 Priority - The Assocation supports a robust scholarship program through its Educational Foundation.  The Buck Bragunier Memorial Scholarship Fund was  established in honor of William (Buck) Bragunier, our past Regional Vice President of AFCEA International. The proceeds from this tournament will go to this Memorial Scholarship Fund.
