Jonathan Velasquez, as the CITP Program Manager, has developed and implemented strategies that provide cutting edge intelligence products and methods and provides timely, relevant and accurate C-IED targeting intelligence to the war-fighter. While doing so, he and his team have introduced significant gains in efficiency, process improvements, and cost savings to the NGIC CITP. Following the kick-off meeting for the for the first ever NGIC CITP Off-site, the Director CITP, Mr. Robert Vitrikas made the following statement: "Jonathan and his team are a force multiplier in providing support to CITP".
