Speaker Discusses Career Experience

In October, Col. Kirk Bruno, USMC, chapter president, welcomed guest speaker Capt. David Coughlin, USN, knowledge manager, Command, Control, Communications and Computer Systems Directorate, U.S. Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Capt. Coughlin shared his experiences as a senior adviser to the Afghan Ministry of Defense.
