Panel Shares Leadership Strategies |
The chapter's Women in Intelligence Group (WIIG) hosted the Women in Leadership Speakers Panel in October at Northrop Grumman's Annapolis Junction facility. The theme of the event was “Paradigm Shift: Leadership Strategies for Surviving and Thriving in Times of Fundamental Change.” Nearly 150 attendees heard a distinguished panel of government and industry leaders share their perspectives on the current economy and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Doreen Harwood, chief, BA6, Program Executive Office, Mission Management, Net Centric Capabilities and Analysis and Production, National Security Agency (NSA), chaired the government team, including Lise Mangerie, chief of BA4, contracts management, NSA; Diane Dunshee, deputy program executive officer for analysis and production, NSA; and Diana Keys, NSA, chief of the Cyber Portfolio Management Office in U.S. Cyber Command/J-8, (Capability and Resource Integration Directorate). They addressed change as an opportunity for innovation and stressed the importance of collaboration to adapt to shrinking budgets and increasing technological challenges. |
