Awards Recognize Local Teachers
In December, the chapter presented two Science Teacher Toolkit awards. First, the chapter presented an award to Gary Davis and Susan Voskul at the Science and Math Academy at Aberdeen High School. It will go toward the purchase of a new 3-D printer and cartridges. In addition, the chapter awarded a Science Teacher Toolkit to Russ Kovach of C. Milton Wright High School in Bel Air, Maryland. It will be used toward the purchase of biotechnology lab equipment.
