Scholarships Awarded to Graduating Seniors

In May, the chapter held its annual scholarship competition with students from the Stuttgart community. Students presented projects of scientific or technical nature dealing with communications, physics, multimedia and mathematics. The chapter awarded a total of $12,500, which included a $2,500 donation from GDIT. The chapter was honored to host Maj. Gen. Robert Wheeler, USAF, deputy chief information officer, secretary of defense staff, as the guest speaker for the awards luncheon.
