Communications Services Evolve

Fernando Guerrero, a lawyer and vice president of Nextel Communications Argentina, spoke to the chapter in April on the topic of evolution of services, focusing on "push-to-talk," or trunking. Guerrero discussed Project WiMAX Sprint-Nextel in the United States, highlighting its implications in Argentina, as well as the acquisition of Velocom.
