2004 Achievements
COALITION WARRIOR INTEROPERABILITY DEMONSTRATION

U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), in a departure from previous JWIDs, invited agencies within the Department of Homeland Security to participate. Those agencies included FEMA, the FBI, U.S. Coast Guard and National Guard Bureau. U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) filled an ancillary role, assisting with selected fielding of information technologies to combatant commanders.
