iRobot Awarded $200 Million Army Contract for Robotic Systems and Parts
By Katie Packard • Sep 5th, 2008 • Category: Contract AwardsiRobot Corporation has been awarded a $200 million ceiling-priced, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract from the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation on behalf of the Robotic Systems Joint Project Office in Warren, Michigan. iRobot will provide military robots, spare parts, training and repair services.
