iRobot Receives $3.7 Million Order from Naval Sea Systems Command

iRobot Corporation has received a $3.7 million order from the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) under an existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for delivery of 17 PackBot Man Transportable Robotic System (MTRS) robots and repair parts.



iRobot Awarded Two Army Contracts

iRobot Corporation has received an order totaling $5.8 million under its current xBot contract with the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). This is the fifth order under the $286 million, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) xBot contract, which will deliver spare parts and accessories for iRobot’s PackBot 510 with FasTac Kit.

iRobot also has received an additional order under its current xBot contract with the PEO STRI totaling $13.3 million. This new investment marks the sixth order under the xBot contract, bringing the total contract value to approximately $63.6 million. Under this contract, iRobot will deliver 165 additional PackBot 510 with FasTac Kit robots to the Army. Developed to investigate suspicious objects, identify roadside bombs and other IEDs, as well as unexploded ordnance, the PackBot 510 with FasTac Kit easily adapts to the ever-changing requirements of bomb identification and other life-threatening missions.



iRobot Awarded $200 Million Army Contract for Robotic Systems and Parts

iRobot Corporation has been awarded a $200 million ceiling-priced, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract from the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation on behalf of the Robotic Systems Joint Project Office in Warren, Michigan. iRobot will provide military robots, spare parts, training and repair services.



iRobot Receives Additional Order Totaling $17.5 Million

iRobot Corporation has been given an additional $17.5 million order from the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation. This is the fourth order under the $286 million, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. iRobot will provide to the Army more than 220 PackBot 510 robots with FasTac kits. The PackBot 510 helps warfighters investigate suspicious objects, identify roadside bombs and other improvised explosive devices, and uncover unexploded ordnance while keeping soldiers in theater at safe distances.
