CIT's Federal Funding Assistance Program helps small technology businesses in all phases of SBIR, STTR, ATP grants and other federal-funding programs. Mentoring, statewide training and education, service-provider discounts, commercialization support and other assistance is available to increase technology transition and commercialization success. CIT's Capital Access Program helps Virginia-based technology companies attract third-party venture and angel funding. CIT's GAP fund provides early-stage seed funding for select companies with high potential for commercialization, providing leverage for additional rounds of funding.
