Since 2003, BCF Solutions has consistently provided a wide range of quality products and services to include; program management, business management, analysis services, scientific solutions, and professional services that integrate the technical, operational, programmatic, and policy aspects for the Federal Government and a diverse range of commercial clientele. BCF is a Prime Contractor for three Engineering and Integration focused contract vehicles to include; AMCOM Expedited Professional Engineering Support Services, SeaPort-e, and SSC-LANT Information Dominance Program Financial Management. As a prime on several of these contract vehicles, BCF has been recognized as the Government leader in life cycle facility management. BCF Solutions strives to reduce costs and improve performance through cutting edge technical enhancement, process improvement, quality assurance, and expert collaboration. For optimal efficiency and performance, BCF Solutions four specialized divisions appropriately focus on each of the following areas: Defense Acquisition and Financial Management, System Engineering and Integration, Security and Surveillance, and Project Controls & Program Office Support. Although BCF has vast knowledge and experience relating to solution management and implementation within the Program, Financial, and Earned Value Management competencies, BCF has gained positive recognition for the ability to provide quality solution management and implementation within the Engineering and Integration areas of expertise. With over 20,000 square feet of combined integration and manufacturing facilities and a bench of 35 engineers and technical support personnel with experience in communications and electronic systems integration, BCF has ample ability to provide Full-Service Communications and Electronics Systems Engineering and Integration for Deployable, Mobile, and Fixed-Site Platforms. Most recently BCF Solutions was awarded as the Prime Contractor on a SPAWAR Technical Engineering contract to provide Data Center Program Management and Engineering support on-site at SPAWAR Systems Center -- Atlantic (SSC-LANT) in Charleston, South Carolina. BCF Solutions also holds several core engineering competencies and past experience to include expertise in engineering design and lifecycle support of installed systems, perimeter security and surveillance kits, sensors, cameras, communications, command control systems, Ingress/Egress control system and components, automated vehicle/driver identification system, and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems to name more than a few. In addition to these core competencies, BCF has a proven track record of completing additional tasks identified after contract awards. To this point, BCF successfully provided engineering solution implementation by integrating wired and wireless communication systems, long range microwave communications, printed circuit board design, and embedded system software development, all which were identified after the original tasks were sought by the client. BCF's primary customers include the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), NAVAIR, the Counter Terrorism Technical Support Office (CTTSO), and the ITER Organization. We also provide support to AMCOM, DHS, DOE, FAA, NASA, NOAA, State Department, and TSA.
