IMCI's expertise includes enabling Critical Infrastructure operators to remotely monitor, manage, and control a myriad of physical and cyber building infrastructure systems ranging from facility equipment, to building management systems, to SCADA systems, to access control systems and physical security, to IT networks, and even to cyber assets. These systems are seamlessly integrated via the IMCI Open-i hardware and IRiS Management Software. IMCI empowers the collection of all necessary data from these various building systems and equipment to the full extent needed for purposes related to system configuration, strategic planning, performance analysis, and comprehensive energy & building management. The data collected is available on-site, or can be transmitted simultaneously, in real time, to one or many Building Operation Centers, Network Operation Centers, or Security Operation Centers. Products/ Services:
IMCI provides solutions that convert non-SNMP and non-IP infrastructure to SNMP and TCP/IP for network management, remote alarm monitoring and control (telemetry) of facility infrastructure, power monitoring and environmental control, and physical security. Our Open-i Remote Site Infrastructure Manager products enable integrated monitoring of contact closure and analog inputs from power systems such as, rectifiers, UPS and generators. Further, the Open-i can monitor environmental sensors and mediate field protocols such as BACnet MSTP, BACnet IP, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and DNP3. Our devices also enable RS-232 terminal server access to serial device consoles. Finally, our solutions enable card reader access control and DVR video surveillance. The Open-i Product Family from IMCI allows customers to take control of every device or element within a building giving them the ability to remotely monitor and manage an entire facility from a single, easy to navigate, secure web interface. The Open-i Product Family is vendor independent and works with digital, analog, and serial signals. Since nearly every device or network element on the market utilizes at least one of those three signals, the Open-i presents a truly future-proof solution meaning not only can it communicate with any device already in service; it can also embrace any future equipment not yet offered. IRiS - Enterprise Infrastructure Monitoring & Management Software. The IRiS management software from IMCI Technologies has been designed to meet the diverse requirements of remotely monitoring, configuring, controlling, and managing infrastructure. It is a centralized enterprise-wide infrastructure management software-system that provides a feature-rich functionality that is securely delivered through public and private network infrastructure. IRiS functions as a browser independent platform that securely collects, reports, and disseminates information from an unlimited number of connected meters and sensors, network elements, and facility equipment. When used with IMCI's infrastructure element manager (Open-i), you can work with data from/to contact inputs, contact outputs, analog inputs, and analog outputs. IRiS also monitors other vendor's infrastructure products that communicate via SNMP through IP. IRiS features a platform independent design, supporting Linux, Windows, Solaris, and HP/UX. IRiS has the ability to update and display infrastructure status changes dynamically in real time. IRiS provides remote device console management via SSH and Virtual Serial Bridge connections. Using IRiS you can remotely configure IMCI's and other manufacturers' devices and sensors as well as define parameters associated with digital, analog, and serial inputs including alarm severity levels. IRiS provides e‐mail/SMS notifications for user selected events. IRiS provides Fault isolation, tracking, trending, and reporting as well as database management. Each IRiS user is granted role‐based functional access. IRiS enables the remote monitoring of the complete network topology.
Clients:
Government Customers include: Northrop Grumman / New York City DoITT. IMCI, in partnership with Northrop Grumman, developed and provisioned fully integrated racks (indoor and outdoor) to house, secure, monitor and remotely control and manage the Communications, Environmental and Physical Security equipment for 440 radio access nodes. IMCI worked with Northrop Grumman to create and deploy custom secure enclosures throughout New York City to house the connected public safety equipment and the Open-i solution. The Open-i provides comprehensive remote monitoring of all connected devices and elements across the entire network, ensuring a highly reliable communication network. The solution also proactively monitors water, temperature, shock, tilt, and smoke alarms for the enclosures at each site. The IMCI solution deployed by the City, ensures that New York's state-of-the-art infrastructure operates at peak efficiency and protects a secure, highly reliable public safety network that can be remotely monitored, managed and controlled whenever, from wherever, saving time, saving money, and saving lives. This Public Safety Network (Emergency First Responders) infrastructure solution is the New York City Secure Citywide Wireless Network. State of Ohio - Over 600 Ohio public agencies, including State and Local Police, Emergency Management, Natural Resources, Fire and Rescue, Rehabilitation and Correction, and many others, need to communicate reliably with one another on a unified public safety network. The state adopted a Multi-Agency Radio Communications System (MARCS) to provide high-quality wireless coverage for first responders and intra-state agencies. At over 200 towers, the Open-i solution, in addition to the IRiS web-based management software and the Open-i Vision (DVR-based surveillance system), provide MARCS with comprehensive, centralized remote monitoring for all of the connected facility equipment and network elements as well as visibility into the physical location of the site. The vendor-independent nature of the Open-i and the IRiS management software ensure the monitoring of each site's temperature, humidity, and other site environmentals as well as the status of the tower lights, doors, power levels, and generator operations. Additionally, the Open-i Vision enhances site security and allows personnel to remotely monitor security through web- accessible video surveillance. AT&T Government Solutions / FAA - IMCI in partnership with AT&T Government Solutions & Exelis provided hardware products and management software to the FAA Next-Gen ADS-B GPS Project. The solution is being used to provide secure remote monitoring, control and management of hundreds of the FAA's ADS-B sites, including 12 offshore oil platforms in the Gulf Coast as well as in Alaska, which provide the mission-critical network for monitoring the entire nation's Air Traffic. IMCI's Open-i solution proactively monitors both the remotely located shelters and the sensitive equipment located inside of them. Open-i reports on the health and status of 32 separate elements including the ADS-B transmission gear and the supporting equipment at each of the sites. Additionally, the Open-i monitors cabinet environmentals (humidity and temperature), door contacts, voltage, power, generator alarms, battery status, and other critical functions. Other blue-chip customers include: Tennessee Valley Authority, MTS Allstream, Norwegian DoD, Swedish DoD, Verizon Wireless, Telenor, Bonneville Power Administration, Statkraft, Statnett.
