Mrs. Reeves has over 40 years of federal government
acquisition experience focused on contracting and
program management. She has been involved in all
stages of federal acquisition including strategy
formulation, requirements development, source
selection, negotiation, program execution, policy
formation, and workforce initiatives. She has held
leadership roles at product and sustainment
centers, Headquarters, and the Pentagon. She has
been recognized by Defense Acquisition University
(DAU) for workforce development, including training
pipelines, career broadening, and motivational
speaking. After retiring Senior Executive Service
from the Department of the Air Force, Mrs. Reeves
worked for over 5 years consulting with industry
and government teams to resolve challenging
acquisition issues and training the workforce.
Mrs. Reeves will be speaking with our group about
determining your leadership style & figuring out
how you lead before you lead others. She'll be
discussing her career, leadership challenges, and
advice she has encountered along the way. We look
