Description: |
Factors such as today's large number of nuclear
power reactors, the use of radiological substances
in clinical medical practices, and the easy
purchase and sale of toxic substances have
increased the asymmetric threat of CBRN agents in
civilian environments as well as in the war
environment. The basis of defense against these
threats, especially in areas of military conflict,
is the "CBRN Surveillance Systems" that support
the early detection of danger. In the webinar,
information about CBRN surveillance systems used
especially on surface ships, their multiple usage
areas and the systems used by AFAD will be
presented. Additionally, information will be given
about advanced models used in the detection of
Toxic Industrial Agents.
