Lockheed to Develop Strategic Planning and Analysis System

Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems and Solutions, Papillion, Nebraska, is receiving a more than $6 million contract modification for development of the Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis System global adaptive planning/collaborative information environment (GAP/CIE) increment two, spiral two. GAP/CIE is the principal new development activity for the Integrated Strategic Planning and Analysis Network. Electronic Systems Center, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is the contracting activity.
