Apptis Wins Defense Acquisition University Contract

Apptis Incorporated has won a contract valued at more than $28.4 million from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). Under the contract, the company will provide network engineering and information assurance services and will support the DAU's network, help desk, desktop and videoconferencing services.

Air Force Selects DRC For Logistics Tracking Program

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Dynamics Research Corporation (DRC) a contract valued at $20.2 million to support the Item Unique Identification (IUID) program managed by the Air Force Global Logistics Support Center. The IUID program will allow the Air Force to track parts through transportation, supply, repair and overhaul, support valuation and life-cycle management.
