Raytheon Co., Keyport, Washington, is being awarded $9,600,000 for cost-plus-fixed-fee undefinitzed contract action under delivery order N0002418F6303 under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N61331-17-D-0001) for design efforts and long lead material procurement for deploy and retrieve systems in support of the AN/AQS-20 Minehunting program. The highly specialized equipment will deploy, tow, and retrieve the AN/AQS-20 sonar in support of minehunting operations.  This system is in support of the Littoral Combat Ship Mine Countermeasures Mission Package test schedule.  Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island (81 percent); and Keyport, Washington (19 percent), and is expected to be completed b

Raytheon Co., Keyport, Washington, is being awarded a $15,132,006 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N61331-17-D-0001) to exercise an option for maintenance and support for the AN/AQS-20 sonar mine detecting set to maintain and improve system sustainability. The AN/AQS-20 is a towed, mine hunting and identification system for Program Executive Office, Littoral Combat Ships.

BAE Systems, Information and Electronic Systems Integration Incorporated, Nashua, New Hampshire, is being awarded a potential $41 million contract for four high-frequency wideband AN/SQQ-32(v)4 systems and associated engineering services and support that will detect and classify bottom and moored sea mines. The AN/SQQ-32(v)4 will be deployed from carriers for self-protection. High-frequency wideband AN/SQQ-32(v)4 will replace the in-service AN/SQQ-32(v)3 detection sonar and will improve detection performance and target resolution in high clutter environments including littoral zones and confined straits.
